With this technique, Dr. Kung uses pin hole-sized incisions to weave non-absorbable thread under the skin.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia in the comfort of our Washington D.C. area office. The 24-hour Scarless Surgical Facelift takes about an hour to complete, and patients can usually expect to return to work the very next day. Minimal Access Facelift

Like the Scarless Surgical Facelift, MACS utilizes sutures for suspension, but also involves some small incisions and the removal of small amounts of skin. The MACS performed at our Washington D.C. office lasts much longer than the 24-hour Scarless Surgical facelift with only a marginal increase in recovery time.
